規則

• 規則本：iihf_official_rule_book_2014_2018
• 簡明規則 (RULE 43 – HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED)：
  • 每場遊戲共三節，每節 20 分鐘 + overtime 以及相關罰球使用之時間。
  • 分數多的隊伍獲勝。
  • 一個隊伍以合法方式將冰球放入對手球網中方才得分。
  • Bodychecking 是獲取球權所常使用的方法。合法的 Bodychecking 有一系列的要點需要遵守。
  • 球員或是隊伍觸犯規則的話會被冰上裁判員處罰，更嚴重會被相關單位處罰。
• 罰則  (RULES 104 – 110 DURATION OF PENALTIES)：
  • 小罰 = 2 分鐘比賽時間 (2 PIMs)
  • 大罰 = 5 分鐘比賽時間 + automatic game misconduct (25PIMs)
  • 小罰 + 大罰 = 5 分鐘比賽時間 + 2 分鐘比賽時間，automatic game misconduct (27 PIMs)
  • Misconduct penalty= 2 分鐘比賽時間 + 10 分鐘非比賽時間 (12 PIMs)
  • 小罰 + misconduct penalty = 2 分鐘比賽時間 + 10 分鐘非比賽時間 (12 PIMS)
  • 小罰 + game misconduct penalty = 2 分鐘比賽時間 + balance of the game, time not on scoreclock (22 PIMs)
  • Game Misconduct penalty = balance of the game, time not on scoreclock (20 PIMs)
  • Match penalty = 5 分鐘比賽時間 + balance of the game, time not on scoreclock (25 PIMs) + automatic one-game suspension
• 被處罰的隊員會被關到水桶裏面。同時不能夠補人力上場
  • 會形成 6人 :5人 的局面，人數多的稱做 Power Play，人數少的稱做 Short-handed。
  • 小罰 Power Play 如果得分，Power Play 會消滅。
  • 大罰 Power Play 如果得分，不會消滅。
  • 多人被罰時，Power Play 消滅 FIFO。

  • 咬人 – Biting
  • 板牆擠推 – Boarding
  • 竿子毀損需替換 – Replacing
  • 竿柄戳人 – Butt-Ending
  • 非法撞擊 – Charging
  • 背後撞擊 – Checking From Behind
  • 頭部或頸部撞擊 – Checking To The Head Or Neck
  • 膝蓋撞擊 – Clipping
  • 手部持球 – Closing Hand On Puck
  • 橫竿推檔 – Cross-Checking
  • 危險裝備 – Dangerous Equipment
  • 假摔 – Diving Or Embellishment
  • 幹拐子 – Elbowing
  • 攻擊觀眾 – Engaging With Spectators
  • 打架 – Fighting
  • 頭部攻擊他人 – Head-Butting
